When placing block 7-1-2, and let's suppose no track to be driven at any lower level, the "ground" to be considered would be the road bottom (blue line) or the block bottom (green line)??

you know you can't change the handling of the car in TM?
I know, I was more thinking of having extensive terraforming and dirt block tools...
In Canyon there are several blocks with dirt surface, would be cool to have something similar in Valley....
