If you go one tile space underground, then you can only go two tile spaces above ground.
Ground = the flat surface you see when you start the editor.
Opening up a Canyon could be defined as scenery, so it's okay to do that.

as anyone else noticed on the media work in the replays you can not make the head lights now flash on off on off
or am i doing something wrong again..
