The red icon next to notifications should disappear after you've checked them (clicked on them). If not, that's a bit weird. And you don't even need to visit your account page to do that.
I thought you were trying to change your notification setti...

I test it out. And yea the replay MT is definitely longer than the normal MT in-game. I got no idea what cause that because everything is perfectly fine the MT editor.
Maybe report that bug to Nadeo !
Or go ask that aswell on the Trackmania Disco...

You have to login to the account page separately from the TM page. Same for the SM page.
