All you need actually is Windows Movie Maker (or Sony Vegas / Adobe Premiere trial will do a better job) and Photoshop/GIMP for the overlays. (Y)

now that mp4 has free wheeling tiles for all environments, I think it would be cool to have a theme where the driver starts immediately into a free wheel, and it lasts for the duration of the entire track.

Individual authors should check their own maps, of course.
I'm sure you understand that it's nearly impossible for MX staff to play through the 98000+ tracks on TM.MX before updating them. Even if we tried, it would take years to accomplish.
