The map got disqualified due to an update after the deadline and as far as i'm understanding it, mazer wanted it to be made invisible.

I do not understand the excitement, a deadline is a deadline, as well as for Updates.
Here in this thread is the following question:
Is it allowed to update the track once its uploaded?

it is allowed if you do it before deadline...

not sure but i think you can only have 150kb on the items "to be embedded"
over this limited and they do not show up on maps..unless you download them
from the host site and save in the right place, but remember everyone
who downloads the map also...

Agreed, that would be pretty cool. We could use some "classic" themes as well then, while we're at it :D
Found this one from April 2007. Simple, straight-forward, allows a lot creativity (Y)
