Can't really understand the issue here. Perhaps it's that you can't post a replay again when the author deletes and reposts the track? It seems to be a rare issue. If it's still an issue, perhaps a new report is warranted.

All you have to do is open the map in the Valley title, save with a new name, and then save it again with the original name. The title will change to TMValley.
