Yes, all the base titles are allowed: Stadium, Lagoon, Valley, Canyon.

Unless the theme specifically disallows it for whatever reason, you should be safe to use any TM2 titlepack (Stadium or otherwise).

Maniaplanet 4 updates:
I've updated "Lost Your Friction" for Maniaplanet 4 after putting it off for a while. The map contains some pretty significant changes to make it easier / less confusing. Hope you enjoy.
