And i think that is a good change even if i tough that one was enough from the beginning.

After 2 days? The rules were posted yesterday at 6 pm, and they were changed today at 2 pm.
And by the way, no one prevents you from driving on all four blocks

If you wish, I can add a note to the rules of next MTC: "Please be aware that slight changes are possible within the first day of the MTC!"

That's no problem because you just built a road and that's OK

He did change terra-forming as well, KexX. He would've needed to add another straight piece before the wall-to-regular piece not to change the hill.
