Dunno why, but I can't see the tabs for forums, account, etc anymore..

Try ctrl+f5.
Try disabling all browser plugins.
Try a different browser.

1 and 2 not working.
On another browser they work, I will try to get an older version of Chrome to see if it works.

I'm using chrome without any issues.

I downloaded today the latest version (the one with the bug), now I re-installed an old one I've been using daily before.
It works without any problems now.

Funny thing is that Internet Explorer was the browser I tried as "another browser" and seemed perfectly ok to me

for me it's okay in IE, except there's no background, only gradient.

in ie the page is totally crazy for me
the buttons are not where they are normally
some things dont work

but actually im not using it ^^
