Old tracks should as possible not be used. If it is an old one that was never released, it is ok

Is it a allowed to make a track with mixed style, not blockmix i mean (means should it be completely tech or can i make a speed, tech, ... mix?

sure you can mix styles. (if its not an RPG-map )
Only goal is to have cool maps that will be loved in the community =)
so not too hard tech-monsters. challenging, but not annoying
