Some improvements to the general navigation of the tracksearch. This is not even core functionality, but just some easy stuff to improve finding maps.
- In the "Find Tracks" menu, display a sub called "Competition tracks" or similar. This will give a list of recent events that are happening, like "ESL Canyon Premiership Qualification" and when you click on it, it will display a typical tracksearch list with only the maps for this competition.
- Users should be able to create and manage groups and also mark them as "competition mappacks"
