Restart through maniaplanet, not tm2 launcher.

with the launcher it even doesn't open and with maniaplanet it always wants this restart

you must have administrator account with a password is my guess

what it say ? if it just restart try to reinstall tm again try these E:\Program Files\ManiaPlanet ManiaPlanetUpdater.exe or Updater.exe

If you get the blablabla needs to be updated just run maniaplanet.exe
