Well, there are some news on this:
MrBob (Nadeo) has paid revenues to Prof Kliq beforehand, respectively to the "rightsholder", it just seems that the rightshoder has never contacted Kliq about this.
So no reason to put any blame on Nadeo or Ubi, just bad connection between Kliq and his distributor, so it seems.
