Presenting Stunt Run! This map features fast speed, big jumps, a symmetrical map design and trials which are both visually stunning and let the player know when he/she is going fast enough to make a jump! This also comes with a GPS to aid players in learning the map.

This is my first complete track, and one that has been a long while in the making. This map has come as a result of having a concept for a map I've had for a long time, and then evolving as I learnt the TM2 track editor and it's restrictions and capabilities.

I wanted to create a challenging but fun to play map that fills out the whole stadium complete with a few really big jumps. I wanted it to look visually impressive and as if you were actually racing across some kind of stunt course that had been set up in a stadium. To keep the deliberate aesthetic, this was very challenging to make within the size restraints of the editor, and the map through several revisions and ended up far from the original concept I had in mind, but it turned out very well I think.

Consequently, the map allows for little margin of error or much opportunity to improve your speed. I tried to include sections that would differentiate different play styles as much as possible, but it's still very much a "You must go this way, if you fail - start over" map, especially with the multiple MT triggers that may change/reset the view. As a result I kept it short (under a minute) and wanted to make it as fun as possible with the visuals, which includes an symmetrical design and lots of cars jumping into each other!

This map makes heavy use of the Mediatracker which includes a GPS, a view change to make the loop jump easier for less experienced players and trail effects which serve a duel purpose 1) To let the player know he is going fast enough to make a jump, if the trail doesn't show you won't make the jump and can restart immediately instead of waiting until you eventually miss the jump and 2) Visual appeal! With every jump I want the players to be able to see from a distance all the cars passing though each other and leaving behind trails of different colours in the air!

Because of the time I spent making this map, I didn't include an introduction as I was just glad to be done making it. It's definitely something I'll work on for the future! I appreciate any constructive feedback. :)
