Use custom camera and set the Anchor to 'Local Player', enable 'AnchorVis' and 'AnchorRot' and set the Position to
X 0.2
Y 1
Z 0
Pitch 0
Yaw 0
Roll 0
That should do it...

After much grumbling around, not really satisfied with my build (which also kind of didn't abide by the rules) I've scrapped my part and gone for a total rebuild. I've done to it what I can.

it would be helpful to know which environment (Stadium, Canyon, Valley) it is.
Are you sure about the exact spelling of the track name?
Other thing: if you played it recently, you might check in your Replays/Autosaves folder and...

I've been looking for hours but can't for the life of me find it. The map is called "Impossible Instruction 3". It is a very long (30+ish minutes) track, goes from point A to B (no laps), and basically looks like a huge spaghetti bowl.
