lol, I can actually see how that could work ;) A lot of my maps are technically "FS" maps because you never have to apply the break, but there is still drifting. So maybe it could be "no user-caused drifts" or something like that.

I think the next one should show who can build the best map with a vehicle of his choice in an environment that is not the original.

I think a MTC where you coorperate music into your track would be cool. For instance, having red boosters at a beat drop or something like that.

Another idea: a track that you can drive from front to back AND from back to front (so you could switch the finish and the start and still be able to drive the track with a similair time).

I would like to see one theme that has very few creativity boundaries. I remember it was used on TMNF TMX long time ago, but that wasn't TM2 obviously..

The main idea is using as many different surfaces as possible. It's good because there's almost no boundaries since you can pretty much build whatever you want. It's also nothing hard to build, so there would be a higher chance for more tracks (which is always good!) and yet creativity isn't limited. The focus would be partly on how many different surfaces are used and in what ways they're used, since that's the part you can get creative in :cool:

+This also seems like a good theme for the use of mixmapping and/or envmix ;)

Wow, both of those sound really fun! I've tried to do the 2nd one, but it is very difficult to make a track fun both forwards and backwards (especially if you want to include jumps).

How about pre-defined cps, start and finish, and everyone has to make his own track out of it?

The idea with music is really nice, but I highly doubt that it worked because of skill differences. PFs surely would work, but I don't think that's the way you meant it. A good solution would be editing replays. You can always move clips and synchronize music with some cameras, that's always cool :cool:

Second idea is cool aswell, but either people would have to go into the editor (->won't be used) or the tracks need to be uploaded seperately. I don't see big problems in that one, except that the judging time is doubled =p

I like the idea, although it was already done (base map with not only CPs). Wouldn't mind seeing it again though :cool:
