There's a couple of ways I could go: There are such things as the French horn and the English horn, but there's no easy way to find any connection to any specific user.

There's the car horn. There is a user called 'Honky' and a user called 'beep' but seeing as they have 0 forum activity between the 2 of them, I really doubt that they answer the riddle.
