A nice idea, but it's actually better to be able to play the BASCO map online on regular server later on. The aim is still to get a serious map. So I don't think it's a good idea to build the BASCO map in a totally different Titlepack.

However, Valley City could be used very well for a regular MTC in the future ;)

The 'racing evolution' Stadium titlepack is also a really nice possiblilty.
