Besides that, your map still exists and is playable by everyone

I do not understand the excitement, a deadline is a deadline, as well as for Updates.
Here in this thread is the following question:

Deco is also an evaluation criterion.
You can not say the aircraft have to wait until after its launch window because I still want to buy a nicer clock at the airport.

Yeah, sure, now you can update or delete your track as much as you want. But why would you want to do that?

This MTC was very successful because we had the biggest number of submission for a long time.

well deceided to work on my best idea but just as a normal track
