31/8/2013 - BOTW view changes

• Track thumbnails are now initialized whenever changing BOTW view.
  
• Current selected tab is now displayed in the url which makes sure that specific tab loads again whenever revisiting the page (e.g. by going to the previous page) or sharing the url.
  
• Moved the styling to the css file.
  
• Some little fixes.
  

A force refresh may be required to see everything properly. (Usually CTRL+F5)

31/8/2013 - Notifications & code display

• A notification now gets sent when somebody submits a comment to your map.
  
• A notification no longer gets sent if you submit a replay to your own map.
  
• Displaying code does not display double line-breaks anymore.

• Frontpage "Best 10 Replays" leaderboards window got environment selectors now (3 "new" leaderboards).
  
• Viewing a random map of a certain environemnt is now possible*.
  
• Random won't result in unreleased maps anymore.
  
• IRC Webchat now has the ability to join #mx-ppo to communicate with PPO servers via IRC. (experimental)
  
• Default nicknames are now forced ASCII in the IRC webchat, non-ASCII characters are replaced by a '-' symbol to prevent "bad" IRC nicknames.

• Added a 'best 10 replays' full leaderboard (up from only the top 10 ranked players)
  
• Simplified leaderboard search for the best 10 replays leaderboard view to improve ease of use.
  
• Ability to view the top 10 replays for a certain person for a certain environment added (extension on the best 10 replays leaderboards)
  
• Ability to search for your own rank/page added.
  
• Added 'Show more' link at the homepage for the best 10 replays leaderboards.

• Changed rendering things at some points to improve page generation speed.
  
• BBCode parsing is now cached, severely improving page loading on forums, news, track pages...
  
• CSS and JS generation is now cached, bringing the waiting time for those files down from over a second to under 50 ms.
  
• Images are now "really" cached client-sided.
  
• Content is now gzip-compressed.

• Updated the full track bbcode thing to not use tables, slight changes to the quote and full track bbcode things design.
