Correct me if i'm wrong, but in the older tmx sites, we could download the offline records that people submitted. Now i click a time and it just doesn't do anything? Is it a bug or tmx decided that we couldn't download replays anymore?

this feature isn't implemented yet.

Eventually, you will be able to download replays just like on TMX. You just can't do it quite yet.

And no, I don't know when it's coming.
