So one map is build in parts of 10 seconds, whereas for each part a little competition...

Other servers do, on TM it's relatively uncommon though since most people use Xaseco2 without the modified plugin (although it's a bit hidden :P) or expansion which as far as I know doesn't support it at all.
Smurfs servers are the largest within TM...

It's not limited to PPO, any server could enable it for RASP karma (in PPO) for Xaseco2 with some small extension.
Do other server use this rating or is it only on PPO?
